Is a systemic fungicide with preventative and curative properties for the control of Powdery Mildew on Roses, Anthranose on French Beans, Early and Late Blight on Tomatoes, Alternaria and Rhizoctonia on Tomatoes, Potatoes, Onions, Grapes, Lettuce and Cucurbits.

Mode of Action

• Target Site: Benzimidazoles primarily target the β-tubulin protein in fungal cells.

• Mechanism: They bind specifically to β-tubulin, which disrupts the assembly of microtubules — structures essential for cell division (mitosis).

• Effect: By blocking microtubule formation, they inhibit chromosome separation during mitosis, causing the fungus to fail to divide and grow.

• Result: This leads to fungistatic or fungicidal effects, depending on the fungus and the concentration used.
