Mode of Action

Mancozeb (64%)

Type: Contact fungicide
       Multi-site activity: Reacts with and inactivates multiple enzymes by binding to sulfhydryl (-SH) groups in fungal cells.

            Prevents spore germination and stops fungal growth on the plant surface.

Cymoxanil (8%)

Type: Systemic and curative fungicide
    Site-specific: Inhibits nucleic acid synthesis inside fungal cells by disrupting DNA and RNA polymerase activity.

          Stops early infection stages within the leaf tissue, even after spores have germinated.
