Is a broad-spectrum fungicide for the control of Botrytis on Roses, Alternaria on Citrus, Banana, Mango, Papaya and Ornamentals.

Mode of Action

• Imazalil inhibits ergosterol biosynthesis, which is an essential sterol for building fungal cell membranes.

• Specifically, it blocks the enzyme lanosterol 14α-demethylase (a key step in the sterol synthesis pathway).

• This disruption weakens the fungal cell membrane, causing improper cell growth, membrane leakage, and eventually cell death.
